How our landscaping process works from first visit to upkeep
From first conversation through completion, here is what to expect when you work with Keller.

Initial consultation and site walk-through
We meet at your property to understand how you use the space today, what is not working, and what you would like to change. Your consultant reviews sun, views, utilities, and key site conditions while you talk through goals.

Concept plan and refinements
Using notes and measurements from the visit, we create a custom hand-drawn landscape plan. We review it with you, answer questions, and adjust materials, layout, and phasing until the plan feels right.

Scope, phasing, and pricing
We evaluate the complexity of the project and outline logical phases. Smaller projects can move straight from the hand-drawn plan to a detailed quote, while larger projects may go through more formal drafting and breakdown of milestones.

Agreement and schedule
Once you are comfortable with the plan and budget, we finalize a written agreement and deposit. You receive a tentative start window, and as we get closer we confirm specific dates based on weather and current projects.

Installation by our landscape crews
Our experienced crews turn the plan into reality using the plants, stone, and materials outlined in your design. We focus on tidy job sites, clear communication, and respecting your home and neighbors while work is underway.
